Senior Accountant (m/w/d)

You will take on the following tasks for some of our German companies:

- Checking, account assignment and recording of all business transactions
- Creation of monthly sales tax returns
- Recording and reconciliation of fixed assets as part of the preparation of financial statements
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- Participation in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the group headquarters in Japan
- Coordination of the plant inventory of the supervised locations
- Execution and documentation of tests
- Participation in various projects

your profile

- Completed vocational training in the commercial field (e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d)), preferably with further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or business studies
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Balance sheet security according to HGB and sound knowledge of accounting according to IFRS
- Well-founded knowledge in dealing with SAP R/3 (FI/CO/AA) and secure handling of MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a high degree of customer orientation are among your strengths
